Hi All;

The IRC network has now been reconfigured; the MAIN IRC server is irc.earthempires.com which is now hosted on a different machine than earthempires.com

You should join via irc.earthempires.com although you can join via earthempires.com because that will reduce load & lag on the main EE server.
