If non-cashing income = negative, and cashing income = positive, cashing income displays in red instead of green.
e.g.
Income = -12,487 (conditional formatting = red)
Cashing = 4,567 (conditional formatting = red)
Wasn't sure if this was intentional for some reason, but seemed worth mentioning
