the clan homepage and clan summary links now point to the alliance i tried to share with

i cancelled the shared ops request and it still says i'm a member of the alliance i tried to share with. clan homepage/clan summary still link to that alliance.

i also want to send out a message to my tag but i don't know if it's going to send out a message to my alliance or the other alliance

what main page at ingame says about your tag?

if you click on the clans link. you have to be a tag admin

There's a few bugs with the new system, I saw the same issue with Sol this set. That happened when another alliance tried to share to you as well. Also if you again shared to a new alliance it'll change the membership/links that alliance. I use past tense because it appears to be fixed now.

The page also gives us the wrong api code for the ops, I had to look in ghq and see what the game was actually trying to use in order to get sharing working.

there was a variable naming conflict which was causing some craziness in the display, but it should all be good.

It certainly looks like most of the interesting bugs in the system have been cleaned up now, though I had to change our API code once again, which still isn't the one listed on our clan page.
