[B] Didn't get 18 hr 6 turn bonus on express

I purposely waited until the portal said "last played 18 hrs," but when I logged in I didn't receive the 6 turn bonus.

You need to wait until the next turn comes after the 18hr threshold has passed to get your bonus turns (I think in express it's 4 minutes).

Actually I think the issue here is that you have to wait a full day before you can get your bonus turns, as the set has just restarted.

No I logged in right at the start of the set yesterday 00:00 game time. And then logged in today at 18:00 game time. I thought I had it perfectly timed because the portal displayed 18 hrs.

tertius is right, you have to wait until the start of the 2nd day to get the 18/12 hour bonus

so log at midnight gametime on 2nd day and next time log 18.5 hrs later and you get 6 bonus turns.
