I think there should be an extra bonus if you completely max a tech ( 100% ) not 99.9 lol, as we know depending on land, it can get really exspencive to do so, but if there's a bonus to make it worth the while, then that'd be cool :)

ex i just spent close to 3 bil to get mil tech to 89.7% so bushel price would be 36, should get rewarded with like 38 sell, lol
