not sure if this is intentional or not but you get bonus turns before the set starts if you create you country during the down time. I created a few countries as soon as the last set ended and have been getting my bonus turns for voting for the last few days and when I logged in just now I was accruing those turns even though the set had not started.

i got those bonus turns too.

It's fairly well known you can do this ;) but yea it's just a product of the way we did it...

well sheesh, someone should have told me a while ago so I wouldn't be missing all those turns! lol
