This way, people who aren't at war can make a little profit off their missiles, and people who are at war can buy them up to prevent their use against them. :) Should work for everybody.

Geez, you guys are pussies, worried about somebody buying them up for a First Strike. Well, if the tensions are that high, you would figure you would buy up, or tech your SDI into overdrive, wouldn't you think?

I have never been missiled to death, but then agqin, I usually have my SDI at or close to max.

why would i get my sdi to ~max if plans are for netting? if does techstart then its wasted turns and if buys tech then its wasted money if/until gets fs'd.
