Logged into Express after 18 hrs and did not get my 18 bonus, didn't even get a 12 hour bonus so it wasn't that I logged in too early.

It's that first day of the set thing where the first however many hours don't count. I know I've got 18 hour bonuses in some circumstances with it but now I just wait 24.5 hours after a round begins to make sure I get the bonus.

I think you just have to login once the set started, log out and wait for 18 hours. Always works for me.
