[BUG] 2 restarts from single death

should be fixed since its just bad many ways.

last set there were few who got 2 restarts from 1 death.

Patience: Yep, I'm with ELK and Marshal.

ELKronos: Patty is more hairy.

Gallery: K at least I am to my expectations now.

LadyGrizz boobies is fine

NOW3P: Morwen is a much harsher mistress than boredom....

yep and in some or all cases the market goods only came to the 2nd restart.

just need a simple check to see if the restarted country is getting what it should based off what it actually is getting, if its not getting what it should then delete it and restart it again so it gets what it should.
