If all 5 brigrades are out on Planned Strkes,the warroom is replaced by this text on the page

Gone is the link to declare peace on the enemy is the target has died or the 72? hour window was expired.

Thinking abougt it more, this bug would also affect people who want to shoot missiles who have 5 brigrades out on PS, as the whole war room is disabled currently.

If you have all 5 generals out, how will you do anything?

Just want to declare peace or send a missile. don't need generals to do that.

yes you do, generals allow you to send missiles and dec war or peace.

Send a general to declare peace, because really, fluff the politicians and diplomats.

easier to get new generals than politicians and diplomats.
