not a bug, that was explained in other thread from same thing.

Not a bug, standing orders get to buy en route goods exactly 1 minute before it hits the market.

Goods of the same type do all arrive at the same time if they were put on sale together.

but yeah people start threads about this all the time - Xinhuan posted the answer.
