some how out of all my countries that one has 250 points in spy I never bought any tech and have 0 labs and no way I would of teched 80 turns at 3tpt which I didn't because its same as my other countries in land/buildings/turns played.

Also have no tech allies either.

Nope no attacks nothing just saw as I was skimming through advisor to see turn difference from random explore acres and eq that one had 250 tech points in spy and I never even went into tech market yet, no labs no attacks made
