Ok....I am pretty sure that I am not going crazy.

The last (3) days my private market has been going on the decline. The only reason I know this is because I haven't bought any turrets and every time I log in I have less total turrets available.

Which has me wondering if my PM is replenishing accurately.

PM will "decline" if you login after shorter numbers of hours each day, even by one or two
