PSes are not 2 hours on Express Server.

Its 2 hours and about 40 seconds.
Tested couple of times.

Another bug is that if you send 5 PSes out, when the first brigade arrives back (checked under the military tab), your (war room tab) still gives the message that you still have 5 brigades out.
Tested couple of times too.

Not sure if this applies to other servers.

I think this is one of those deals where you have to wait a tick past the time before you get your stuff back. Sort of like the 12 hr/18 hr turn "bonus"...
