There has been food at $34 on the market for at least 15 minutes now on FFA, and a standing order for food at $34 that has not bought that food.

I've observed the same problem with standing orders for business and residential techs which the countries with the orders had sufficient cash and there were goods on the market at a price equal to the standing order which were not getting purchased by the order.

This is likely a database issue, linked with the PS brigades not returning bug from Express (and likely other servers), and the warning messages giving when attacking with PS attacks (unknown whether or not it affects other attacks).
