outage was less than an hour ... it was half workng, but not recognizng my entries and then captcha just crapping out ... so maybe 10 min frustration, then waiting, and retryng ... worked like a champ sometime later ... go figure ..

i see how it can become a competitive issue ...

but earth is often more poker than chess, and a bonus outage at a critical moment is just an act of god, on which the outcome of a contest may depend ..
