I ran out of money and got a cash shortage, with positive income, on alpha:

What happened here was this:

I had a lot of cash and therefore quite massive corruption so when I construct max amount of buildings I can afford I have very negative income, as my cash goes to 0 I end up making money, but less than what I had at the start.

This should happen only if your Corruption at the start of your turns is well over twice higher than what your net change will be once you are under 2b cash (and you have to build max of what you can afford in one go).

----

This is a bug and it will rarely ever happen. But its worthwhile to have in mind, or fix, because it may be abuseable if certain game changes occur.

ah I think that is because your corruption IS NOT recalculated for every turn whilst taking many turns at once (like building/exploring/cashing) and thus the game assumed you ran out of money when in fact you shouldn't have because you used the cash.

Not the hardest fix, BUT could introduce delays or lag in the calculation of turns.
