If i'm inactive on EE for an hour or two, EE automatically boots/kicks me off and i have to sign back on. Very irritating lol.

Do you have dynamic IP?

Are you on mobile internet?

Just log back in?

Mobile i believe its static not dynamic not too sure though

it's a cookie or ip thing, I stay logged on for days if I never use another device to log in.

Also if you go from mobile data to wifi you'll always get bounced off. Happens to me all the time :)
