it was like that before the JS updates as well, i believe.

you don't see anything on the war page if you have 5 PS's out -- there's no one left to run your war room

the generals are asleep ;)

it was like that on e2025 as well if I remember correctly...

if you make 5 PS's, your war room shuts down. that is intended to be a disincentive to send 5 PS's

if made 5ps's at mehul's game player could still send missiles (not sure since never did that).

why would we need generals to send missiles?
