My attacks haven't worked all morning, page just hangs when I try to hit. Have tried on regular and mobile site.

If you're trying it on mobile but you're using wifi it will be the same thing.

It's likely your ISP (internet service provider). Possible solutions:

1. reset router.
2. clear cache in browser
3. restart computer
