i see how the recruitment messages being sent out on other servers for you is a great thing, but when playing on the clan's home server, there should be some form of clan profile(maybe even viewable to the public IE: not logged in) where they can put more than a name and a URL.

maybe something like an image on the left hand side and the stats about how they rank in NW/ANW/Land on the right and a section for medals that they have achieved as a clan(see http://forums.earthempires.com/...;z=rewards-based-gameplay ). but also give a section for the tag holder to be able to put a message about the clan(past war performance or netting ability and future prospects), what they stand for, and what type of members they're lookin for... pretty much whatever the tag holder wants to put, in line with game rules.

It could be easilly mod'd by the game mod's so that whenever something changes on your clan's profile, the changes wouldn't go live until a game mod passed them(to prevent pr0n images and non-family friendly messages from showing up).

I think this would be loads better than the huge step forward we've already taken with centralized recruitment messages.

could also list the clan's current countries under everything like the clan listing page already does.

I don't think this would actually take too much effort to implement along the lines of coding hours spent doing it.

I mentoined something like this to slag, but yours is a little more developed... nice ideas here.
