When Country number #13 died, it was restarted and due to a known bug two countries were created, and both received the restart bonus.

Now that #58 has died it appears as if the player has control of the 2nd restart rather than being made to restart again.

Fix please :)

It happens with original creation too. Players in FFA have been found to occasionally have an additional 16 countries, but I can't recall if that has the opposite effect on the restart bonus. You may end up with the next country in line as if it was brand new rather than your restart.

Oh yeah I forgot that bit, yes it definitely could affect you reversely if you have that issue.
