Directly after Team ended I attempted to create a new country and it gave an error message indicating the server didn't start for another 24 hours (implying the creation failed). When I now look at the list of countries I can see a new country with the name I chose.

Maybe that is just me being a wee bit drunk, but it looked odd to me.

i think we just need to clarify the 'error' messages

you can make countries, but it should tell you "the round hasn't started!" when you try to log in before the round starts
