some years ago the dictator could steal goodies, ie, tech cash, you name it from the dead. While choosing to run a dic the majority of the time I dont understand taking that away from one that does.

If u choose to run a good dic, your not going to be netting on a long run basis, so why not the advantage of stealing from the DEAD.

Plus it would be more effective for a dictator to be able to replentish for 72hrs on the DEAD. incintive to run one..

a while ago everyone could steal tech from the dead, not just dictators
but the ability to steal cash or food from the dead has never been possible, not for dictators or anyone else

and plenty of people netgain on a longrun basis with dictators

i use to really love the dictator.. to me, too be good as a dictator u have to patially ignore nw as u go along, focusing totally on spal and techs. my humbile opinion. and yes i love removing missiles vice eating them
