When reset ends have a compilled "ranks" "tnw" "avg nw" and "total land"

What do you mean by compiled "ranks"?

1,2,3,55,56,57,etc

just bragging rights type of thing

also anyway we can input "notes" into our FFA countries aswell?

Like "Theo Casher - Do CS Pump" "Commie Indy - Buy Warfare"

etc etc

So you want end of set rankings grouped by user instead of by country or clan?

For notes, just your countries ingame messages?

Like on most servers 'The reset has ended blah blah your final ranks were ..."

why not just have an input box somehwere beside names to input data

why have it when you can do as he said and just send an ingame message?

an option in user preferences to append a display name to all your countries on a server in the previous finishes lists, and potentially the clan status pages is my preference

that way those people who change names every set can still be known as doing well in express for example

then you could click on the display name, and it would have a summary for ffa's 15 countries, or show all countries over all sets in the other servers

i think it should be optional rather than forced though
