to stop the killing of countrys for absolutely no reason. You could make it to were you can not do harmful spy ops or anything other then SS PS till the country has made one attack, maybe go as far as unless they hit you!

I agree something needs to be done there about the killing.
However, I think the express game WORKS and is more fun than ever. Im just skipping a few sets now. But I really like it.

Just join GDI and landgrab responsibly and you won't get into too much trouble.

Or, don't join GDI, and run the risk of getting killed.

This seems pretty cut and dry to me.

why do you not want to join gdi? so you can suicide anyone not in gdi for a single grab?

The current GDI rule works just fine to me.
