ttt - to elaborate, if u create country after start of reset, apparently not issued 120 a day allowance, but same as other servers. once clock rolls over to next day, then have 120

in express, when countries are created, they apparently get issued, initially, with 50 available spyops.

Its not until midnight, when the remaining ops is reset, does the country actually get 120.

So, if u create your country before the set starts, u login with 120(as its already gone passed midnight). but if u create it after the start, u only get 50 ops for the first day.

heh, what i meant was that it was a bug on all servers, because the number of ops/day isnt always 50, but all new countries would have 50 for the first day, and only get actual number when the day rolls over.

Only really noticeable on express and the alpha servers(where u get 2000 spyops/day)
