Why have you not fixed this yet? If you are out of range to attack (humanitarians) then do not allow a country to declare war. End of story. Fix it now because that is not logical and if its not logical it should be fixed.

I know its been this way for a long time which is more of a reason to do something about it.

Fix the problem bro!

Nah, I bet he enjoys hearing you cry :)
I am a troll. Everything I say must be assumed to be said solely to provoke an exaggerated reaction to the current topic. I fully intend to bring absolutely no substance to any discussion, ongoing or otherwise. Conversing with me is pointless.

Is it even in the pipeline to fix? I mean it seems like a logical fix to make even if it is minor?

Yea, it's in the pipeline; but because it *is* minor, it's lower on my priority list...

Qzjul, I'll suggest changing your pipeline.

You should always fix the easy fluff first, so that you have very few items left in your "todo" list.

If you go for the big fish first, and have 100 small stuff on your TODO, you'll feel less inclined to do anything because that list of TODOs is always so long.

By finishing the small and easy fixes, you have the peace and ease of mind to concentrate on the large changes, knowing that there is nothing to distract you, no "there's 100 other small things to fix" in the back of your mind to worry you about whether your current big changes would break even more things to pile onto that list.

And you'll get a happier player base, less B&S posts to read through because there will actually be less bugs and "repeated suggestions that get posted/bumped" every few days and months, and then you'll actually have more time.

And if you're using SVN, you better change to Git, because I understand SVN is a pain in the ass to perform any form of code merging, and can be a VERY big cause for being very reluctant to switch to doing something else while in the middle of a branch/commit (Git doesn't have this issue).

tho, i would point out that this was an intentional bug. i'm assuming it was only intentional to mimmick the behavior of e2025.

I think we've strayed far enough away from e2025 to not follow it anymore. :P

SOs, and removal of 2b cash limit were the big ones!
