the obvious solution is just to change the formula to bushels before turn-consumed/1000 instead of having what is produced be a part of decay

what im saying is food produced in the same turn should not count towards decay, thus, if u have 1 mill bushels on hand and produce 100k then the decay should only come from those 1 mill bushels not from 1.1 million as it is now. as for having 0 food, you can have 0 food by selling on private market, u dont need to be destocking to do it

if i remember bushels decay correctly it affects bushels produced on that turn not bushels in hand+produced on that turn.
