When I enter url forum adds <br>-tag after it (and it doesn't show on edit) but if I type something after url no <br>-tag.

Patience: Yep, I'm with ELK and Marshal.

how is that a bug...? does it add the br inside the a tag's href? or simply after the link?

after the link even there's no <href=-tag.

also http:// gets added automatically to urls if those start with www only.

Fixed.

Apparently, the function that changes/masks e-mails from bots and stuff was interfering with hyperlinks.

I am a troll. Everything I say must be assumed to be said solely to provoke an exaggerated reaction to the current topic. I fully intend to bring absolutely no substance to any discussion, ongoing or otherwise. Conversing with me is pointless.
