GDI members get +10% defensive bonus

Maybe they get are getting special tactical advice or other GDI members lend a portion of their defenses to explain the boost...

right now offense does have an advantage (good, attacking makes things better!) but this is tempered and allows people who want to be left alone a little extra help...

3 o allies vs 2 d allies
declare war

An idea that I think could help, particularly new players.

10% def bonus would help counter the 10% attack bonus i get for declaring on and farming them.

GDI hasnt been any sort of deterrent for years. this could tie back to what rockman and myself were discussing earlier. gdi could be given a real bonus, such as a third defensive ally, but it shouldnt be cheap. maybe increase def ally costs and increase the base cost gdi

gdi is too powerful in express and too weak in other servers. Your idea makes sense to me.

i like gdi in express. its great for a fast paced solo server. u don't have to declare to hit someone and they can only special attack back if u more than single attack. thats not too powerful, its balanced.

The third d-ally sounds interesting.
