You must create a thread first!
If you're having trouble figuring out what to do next or would just like to hear a second opinion about your country, there are many ways of obtaining help.

i create the thread when it is i press your button that clearly states, obviously reads, "create thread"

that post was in a sticky thread too. There hasn't been a help thread since August.

Could be an impact of changing the forums.

I think since people don't notice when new help tickets are sent in there anyway, the help threads should be created in the forums server. That way people would see it. Tourney, Express, Primary forums only have like 5 active threads at a time so it's fine if some help stuff pops up there.

Also, when someone submits a help item, it should right away give them a link to that thread. Some people can put it in and then not know it did anything or where to look

Yea, it was because we changed the forums; I kindof forgot about it at the time; It's on my to-do list =/
