When you farm someone, do you gain ALL of their resources or just the percentage according to normal hits?
Can you drop someone to 0 acres and they still have cash and prizes?

Why can't you take what's left of your opponents military after killing them? Tanks, jets and turrets that survive should be yours to keep or sell. The technology and oil should face a similar fate.

after you have landkilled other country it still has some army etc left unless it had 0 army etc in the beginning.

I know. That's the point of the "bug" post. If you've taken every last acre of land, how can your victims have, potentially, millions of jets, which are not destroyed during land kills. What of millions of tons of food, millions of oil, cash, missiles. It simply disappeared? Seems like a massive loss for the Victor.

I would vote that whoever snipes the last kill gains 10% of the country resources if they get the kill.
