Making governments not viewable by anyone else. Even if a spy op is done, other countries can not see what government you are running. This would definitely add mystery to the game, make it harder to war and take LGs.

You want to make the game more frustrating? How is that a good idea?

I like it for maybe the tournament server.. forced GDI, no allies, hidden government.

I still think you should be able to see it with a spy op, though...

But make it a whole other spy op. Regular spy op wont work. But adding a whole other op just to look for goverment. Makes it a bit more challenging.
