but was missile production tweaked??

i have taken 1390 turns in alliance, have warfare of .85 and i haven't produced a single missile all set.

just extremely bad luck? or?

The RNG has been thoroughly tested and functions "correctly" to at least the 1/10,000 level.

For how many of those turns was your warfare at 0.85% though.

after today's turns i have ~30 missiles and i have had over 4% warf past week.

Patience: Yep, I'm with ELK and Marshal.

ELKronos: Patty is more hairy.

Gallery: K at least I am to my expectations now.

@vic: assuming 500 turns, on average you would expect to produce .0085x500 = 4.25 missiles.
However the chance that you produce no missiles is
(1-.0085)^500 = 1.4%
So if what you are saying is correct then yes, you are unlucky.
