Im pretty sure its 10% of food on hand that decays. Thats why some times you'll see people fluffn about running turns with stock at home

@bstrong, decay... yeah, but that's pretty lame. How many of those imaginary citizens don't store food in the fridge/freezer? What do they do with the food? Eat it, place the rest in their cupboard and fluff? Just saying...

I believe decay is .1% of food on hand which would match the 16,000 bushels bstrong mentioned.
