neg or pos while country is in protection. positive booms don't benefit much and negatives just hurt.

just got tax rebate and lost 13k cash on 1st turn (i could have built ~10 buildings with that money).

edit: got 2nd tax rebate and only 20 turns spent so total money loss is ~16k (near 15 buildings).

While under protection you should be protected by any and all negative outcomes. You are after all... under protection :p

what's 15 buildings? I rather get all my negatives in my first 500 turns than the last 500.

15 buildings is alot during 1st 100 turns.
