why is this a bug?

Missiles returns are based on your own country too.

#28 had only 800+ acres when he did those missiles therefore his returns on his missiles attacks are also greatly reduced.

The returns are equal in every CM and Nuke strike, no dr...

The returns are the same because they are limited by the attacker's size. Since the defender has many more acres than the attacker, losing 100 A does not have an effect on returns.

Same goes for bombing airbases. Im not exactly sure of the #s but its something like either maximum of 3% of enemy jets or maximum of 4% of your own jets, whichever is lower.

So for example, if you have 1m jets and and opponent has 10m jets, your results from bombing airbases will be limited to 40,000 per op.
