I hear people asking for changes to the war system.
Why not provide that change through the Bonus System?
Spend 1 bonus point and it would increase your military effectiveness by 50% for the next 10 incoming specialty attacks. (GS/BR/AB/Missile)
This would help clans with stonewalling during a FS. Giving them a better chance at fighting back.
