no option to update advisor report

I have GHQ selected for stats in preferences but there's no link to update my advisor report to GHQ in game? any ideas?

Click on the advisor tab.
On that screen there should be a "Upload Your Status to GHQ" sentence that is highlighted. Click it and your are done.

Not selected GHQ to update?
