if it ain't express then he shouldn't have gotten another 3 turns ~4 hrs later since 18 hrs (+1 tick) would been filled after 6 hrs.

if message order is reversed then it makes sense, he logged in 2.3 hrs before 18 hrs bonus and got only 3 turns and on next login he got remaining 3 turns.

This is primary. I don't see how I could get 3 bonus turns after being logged out for less than 4 hours. I thought it was 12 hours for 3 turns and 18 for 6.
