I'm 10,106,544 NW and want to missile a guy that DTed me and he is 12,132,303 NW and I get this message.

"Your generals will not attack such a large opponent!" How is this possible?

Error goes away as I went to 12,086,525 NW.

It's the end of set tightening. It makes you stop fighting early yeah, only really meaningful on Express.

I maybe should make some clarification on this when it happens....

Also, maybe modify it to be less restrictive to people obviously in a war, or retalling....
