I'm pretty sure I've seen it on public and private, but only on the FFA control screen where you can buy with multiple countries at once

The strange thing is that I've seen it long form and in scientific notation on the same screen when purchasing for multiple countries at one time.

tertius, prolly matters how much you buy, if its < e+8 it might show the number, once larger it goes scientific. probably something due to the # of significant digits
