do alliance and ffa have different minimum lg returns when has declared war against target? in ffa i get 20 acres but in 1a i get only 10.

Minimum returns should depend on if you've declared war and if the country is GDI or not.
dec war against non gdi = 20
dec war against gdi = 10
non dec war against non gdi = 10
non dec war against gdi = 5

it was in gdi and i decided to end its suffering by landkilling it.
