in my last 150 turns ive made 2 missles, im at 4.3% warfare and 5.5% luck wtf seriously? i got plenty of acres

Ignoring the 5.5% luck bonus because I'm not sure how much it boosts your 4.3% chance, here's the math...

.957^148*.043^2*150*149 = 6.2% chance that happens.

Given that there's about a thousand people playing this game, and that your choosing a specific portion of your country's turn usage and not its overall turn usage, I'd say you are nowhere near unlucky enough to be complaining.

at old game i had once over 130 missiles with 3-4% warf and had room for way more, at ee i've had around 100 missiles and having room at least for twice that.

lol i got room for like 60-70 more
