Should it really be possible to send FA to a dead country?

I suppose I'm to blame for not checking if he was alive, but I would have expected the game to prevent that. I sent quite a lot of military and money and I guess they just disappeared... :-(

I thought pang just fixed it so that it would warn you first?

it's not live yet, I'm working on it and it's part of a pretty big changeset of incremental improvement/bug fixes/etc :p
