I'm sure this has been reported at some time... but when firing NM's at a country with 9 acres, this error comes up saying the country is dead. It can still be finished off with a SS or PS, etc.... but NM's can no longer be fired at it due to it being "dead".
If you give a man some fire, he'll be warm for awhile. If you set a man on fire, he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

it is nuclear dead :P got to think of those 10 or less acres as pure waste land and at that point the player being nuked would just give up ;)
