Ok, I just tested it and it is the message that is wrong - you get charged the proper amount:

Cash on hand: $63,786,240

You purchased 1 Agricultural at $4550 for $4277 via standing order.

New Cash: $63,781,417

Difference: -$4823

So, I was charged 4550 + 6% correctly, despite what report says.

it sounds like the grabbed report is counting wrong too at the moment for buildings lost

hm -- well the new news system tries to recreate what happened based on logs, rather than immediately logging what happened, which is MUCH more space efficient, and MUCH faster (using a few stored numbers instead of stored text)


But it's possible I calculated wrong somehow.... we'll need to fully review some of these things i guess
