I think it would be cool to be able to specify standing orders in terms of dollar amounts (in addition to quantity). Because you can buy goods for less that the dollar amount you specify in the order, you can never be sure how much money will be spent to fulfill the order. I have found many times when stocking this set just wanting to buy a certain amount (2 bil or whatever) amount of bushels, and then trying to figure out how many to get from there. I feel like everything could be handled the same way as is now, except that you have the option to specify a $$ amount to spend as opposed to quantity. You could also get fancy and be able to specify both options :-P
