start reset with turns!! - Earth Empires Forum

I so hate this, we start the new reset with 0 turns!
Nothing to do for 1.5-2 days waiting for the darn turns.

I suggest the first time a player starts his country it starts with 99 or 100 turns.

....but not for restarts...just the new set startups.

when i play 1st time on new set i have 60ish turns so ............

Patience: Yep, I'm with ELK and Marshal.

Gallery: K at least I am to my expectations now.

well I just logged in it took more than 1 day to get 80 turns.

Starting up at the beginning of the reset with turns would be very helpful.
Can't see a reason not to.

heh well my changes this time are of the "Epic" size; unfortunately, they're also not ones players will notice really (the url's will change, horray!) but it'll allow us to do a lot more integration in the future

Finally did the signature thing.

the advantage to having a slow reset start is that it means people can still do ok if they dont create and play right at the start

a server where you cant compete because your not in the right timezone (the extreme situation) would suck

Do countries creating after the round begins get to start with turns?

yes, same amount of turns as older countries got on day 1 if those are created on day 2, on day 1 they get same turns as evey1 else has got up to that point.
